If you decide to host with another provider, ask them what their maintenance services include. In general, you want to make sure any provider is updating your core software, testing and implementing plugin updates, backing up the site regularly, and proactively running malware and security checks.

Yes! You are purchasing a new website created just for you and you will hold the copyright upon completion. 

If you chose to host with us, you’ll also have a user account with full access to the back end of your site.

Our build approach aims to ensure that updating your new site is easy and quick. If you’re comfortable with a drag and drop interface, or familiar with MS PowerPoint, you’ll be able to easily access and update your new site to make content changes (and we’ll show you how).

Should you EVER need additional help, you’ll have access to our 24/7/365 help-desk where you can submit work requests.

While we do bill these as ad hoc projects, most common edits take less than 30 minutes, resulting in efforts that run $60 or less. Should you ever make a request that requires heavier lifting, we’ll provide an estimate before we begin work. Because we hate surprise bills just as much as you do.
