We do not sell your personal information, including phone numbers, in the traditional sense. Some privacy laws define “sale” or “share” broadly to include certain advertising technology disclosures. See Section 9 for U.S. state privacy rights.

5.1 Mobile Information Sharing (Phone Numbers)
We do not sell your phone number or mobile information.

We may share phone numbers only with service providers that help us deliver communications and operate the Services (for example, SMS and voice carriers, messaging platforms, hosting providers, and customer support tools). These providers are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us and not for their own marketing purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

If you are a customer of one of our business clients and you provide your phone number to that business through our Services, that business may receive your information as part of your request, and their privacy practices will also apply.

6) Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to:

  • Remember preferences
  • Understand site usage
  • Improve performance and marketing

You can control cookies through your browser settings. If we use a cookie banner or preference tool, you can also manage choices there.

7) Email, Mobile, and Text Messaging

If you provide your contact information, you may receive emails, phone calls, or texts related to your inquiry, account, or services.

Text messages: Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out by replying STOP (or following instructions in the message). For help, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected].

If you are receiving messages because you contacted one of our clients, your request and preferences may also be managed by that client.

7.1 SMS Opt-In and Consent (How Consent Is Obtained and Used)
We only send marketing text messages to individuals who have provided the consent required by applicable law.

How SMS consent may be obtained:
We may obtain SMS consent in the following ways, depending on how you interact with us or one of our business clients:

  • By submitting a website or landing page form that includes a phone number and an SMS consent disclosure (for example, a required or optional checkbox or equivalent affirmative action)
  • By requesting information, a quote, an appointment, or support and asking us to communicate by text
  • By initiating a text message conversation with us or replying with a keyword that indicates consent (where disclosed)
  • By providing consent verbally (for example, during a phone call) where permitted by law and documented in our systems
  • By providing consent to one of our business clients when you contact them through tools powered by our Services (in those cases, that business may control the messaging and preferences)

How SMS consent is used:
If you opt in, we (or our business clients using our platform) may send SMS or MMS messages that relate to:

  • Your inquiry, account, appointment, or service request
  • Transactional or operational notices (such as confirmations, reminders, status updates, and support communications)
  • Review and feedback requests (including NPS-style surveys)
  • Promotional or marketing messages only when you have opted in or where otherwise permitted by law

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the messaging programs you subscribe to. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out:
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP (or as otherwise instructed). After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected].

8) Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100 percent secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10) Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
