Objective: Execution of an annual market research effort to gauge the target client’s perception of prior, current, and future M&A activities and expected strategic approach.
Scope: User-centric, survey-based research. Review of past years’ surveys, evaluation of trends to capture new, relevant information as it relates to market changes. Execution and delivery of the survey; consolidation and analysis of more than 10,000 data points across multiple data cuts to determine actionable insights and provide client recommendations.
Results: Delivery of a comprehensive market results report and several supporting reports tailored to the insights desired from different stakeholders. External presentations were also crafted for the media and the client’s client base.
Objective: Create and execute a campaign to promote and generate mortgage product leads within the bank’s service area (Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado).
